KV FIGURE SKATING CLUB PORTRAITS

2013/14

Hi Everyone,

I'm very pleased to be asked to provide services to KV Figure Skating Club for skater portraits that will hopefully make it into a memories scrapbook or a mantle for each player for years to come. I'm really looking forward to working with everyone over the next few months.

 In In In advance of your scheduled photo day, I  kindly ask parents to please download your order form  ** (here) **, print and complete before arriving at the arena.  I will have spare forms on site if needed, but filling out in advance will keep things moving smoothly and allow players to get back to practice as soon as possible. As all products are personalized, I also ask that you please print clearly to avoid any unfortunate name misspellings.

After photos have been processed and printed, they will be distributed back through your coaches.  Please allow 2 - 3 weeks after the photo has been taken for delivery.

Digital Option

For those that will be taking advantage of the digital option, I will be placing photos online (this site) and password protecting them for the players privacy. An email link will be sent to the email address recorded on your order form and the photos will be kept online for 30 days after the notice is sent so please double check your email address if this option is chosen.

Photo Schedule

If not already setup by your organization, coaches will be contacting me directly to setup photography sessions for your group.  All communication will be filtered through the coaches to avoid any confusion.  Any skaters that are missed will have an opportunity for an individual re-take session to be scheduled later in the season.
